La Jolla -- The Grill at Torrey Pines and San Diego’s St. Archer Brewery are teaming up to host a Hawaiian-themed beer dinner on Wednesday, April 23 at 6:30 p.m. St. Archer, which will be celebrating its one-year anniversary, will serve craft beers paired with selections from Chef Daniel Boling’s special menu for the evening.

Tickets are $80.00 and can be purchased at The price includes taxes, gratuity, and valet parking. Room packages are also available. The event, which is part of The Grill’s Craft Beer Dinner Series, begins with a reception at 6:30 p.m. and is followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. The first Craft Beer Dinner Series event of 2014, January’s Chili-Infused Beer Dinner, sold out.

“We are excited to host yet another creative culinary event and celebrate the anniversary of one of San Diego’s favorite breweries,” Boling said. “We can’t wait to bring a little taste of Hawaii to the food and beer aficionados of San Diego.”

Dark Chocolate Ganache
Paired with Coffee Brown Ale
