Culinary Events


The Lodge is home to a variety of culinary events, including the weekly Artisan Table dinner, the annual Celebrate the Craft, the Craft Food & Beer Series and holiday specials.

Playing with FireSeason Finale

Chef Kelli Crosson is stepping out of the kitchen and pairing up with Tender Greens' Chef Kara Snyder for the season finale. The Chefs are serving up wood-fired dishes straight from the open flames of The Grill’s custom-built grill. Laura Johnson from You & Yours Distilling Co. is also joining the lady lineup and crafting a specialty cocktail for guests.

Weekly Artisan Table

A unique and intimate farm-to-table dining experience is set on the outdoor terrace overlooking Torrey Pines Golf Course. Executive Chef Jeff Jackson and Chef de Cuisine Kelli Crosson carefully source the freshest ingredients of the season from local farmers to prepare this special family style, four course menu. The dishes are complemented with hand-selected wines from Sommelier Paul Krikorian.

A.R. Valentien has introduced a brand new Bloody Mary and Bellini menu to complement breakfast and lunch offerings on Saturdays and Sundays. Choose from libations such as the Mezcal Bloody Mary, with add-ons including bleu cheese olives, bacon, and hot or sweet peppers. Or try a refreshing Peach or Raspberry Bellini while overlooking the beautiful Torrey Pines Golf Course.
