Join a special guest from Morlet Family Vineyards along with A.R. Valentien's Executive Chef Jeff Jackson, Chef de Cuisine Kelli Crosson, and Advanced Sommelier Paul Krikorian for an intimate communal meal of seasonal bounty with some of the state’s most notable wines. Set on the terrace of A.R. Valentien, each Artisan Table Signature Wine Dinner begins with a reception, followed by a dinner featuring a custom menu that’s skillfully crafted to enhance the wine pairings. Throughout the evening, guests are guided on a sensory journey with insight from the Morlet representative about the winemaking process and what makes it so special.

In St. Helena, the heart of the Napa Valley, Luc and Jodie Morlet handcraft vins de terroirs and unique cuvées from the surrounding Napa Valley and Sonoma Coast. Meticulously farmed vineyards and low-intervention winemaking techniques produce powerful yet refined wines displaying personality, complexity, and graceful aging capability. By taking Old World principles and adapting them to California, the Morlet style results in wines which are harmonious in their intensity, richness, and refinement.
