The evening begins in The Lodge's outdoor courtyard with a 30-minute standing reception, where guests are welcomed with tray-passed bites and an opening wine selection. Next, guests gather at communal tables on A.R. Valentien's open-air terrace to enjoy individually plated courses with a backdrop of the Torrey Pines Golf Course. Our chefs have curated a multi-course menu with seasonal ingredients, and each pairing is designed to highlight the character of the terroir-driven wines. Throughout the evening, a representative from Patrimony Estate will guide each pour, offering insight into the craftsmanship and story behind the wines.
