Stephanie joined The Lodge at Torrey Pines in September 2002 and now serves as the Director of Sales, overseeing the entire sales team while focusing on the Canadian market.

Her long history at The Lodge includes serving as Executive Meeting Manager, National Sales Manager and Associate Director of Sales until her promotion to Director of Sales in July 2013. Prior to joining Evans Hotels, Stephanie gained hospitality experience as Food and Beverage Manager at the Rancho Bernardo Inn and Twin Oaks Golf Course.

Melissa Menas, Associate Director of Sales at The Lodge at Torrey Pines, joined our sales team in 2015 and brought with her over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

After graduating from Utah State University, Melissa accumulated the bulk of her experience at Hyatt Resort and Spa, where she served as National Sales Director. She also has experience at the Hard Rock Hotel, Manchester Grand Hyatt and Hyatt Regency in La Jolla.

Lauren brings more than five years of sales experience to The Lodge at Torrey Pines. Most recently, Lauren was a Sales Manager with Irvine Company at Fashion Island Hotel Newport Beach (formerly Four Seasons Newport Beach). Prior to that, she was Catering Sales Manager with JC Resorts at Surf and Sand Resort.

Lauren was born and raised in San Diego, and received her Bachelor Degree in Communications from University of Southern California.

Janice has over six years of experience in hotel sales. Prior to joining Evans Hotels, Janice was a Senior Sales Manager at Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego. Her professional career in Sales developed through experience within The LINE Hotel as well as Omni Hotels. Janice graduated from Mesa Community College where she received an Associate of Arts in Business Administration.

Natalie serves as Business Development Director for all three properties of Evans Hotels, focusing her sales efforts on the Washington D.C., area and Mid-Atlantic states. She started her career with Evans Hotels in 1996 as National Sales Manager at The Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa and held the position of Director of National Accounts prior to her current role.

Natalie is a graduate of San Diego State University, where she studied business management. Prior to joining Evans Hotels, she worked for three years for the US Grant Hotel, where she served as Western Regional Sales Manager, followed by National Association Sales Manager and eventually Associate Director of Sales.

Jeannie joined The Lodge at Torrey Pines in June 2012 as the Sales Administrator, and she now serves as Executive Meeting Manager handling groups of 20 rooms or less.

A native of Singapore, Jeannie graduated from Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland, where she studied hotel management. She started her career in hospitality with Westin Hotels in Singapore. She worked there for two years until moving to Houston in 1989 to work at the Four Seasons. Her move to San Diego brought her the Four Seasons Aviara, where she worked for many years before joining The Lodge in 2012.

Jaime originally joined Evans Hotels as an Intern supporting the Sales Team at The Catamaran Resort in May 2017. Jaime was then promoted to Sales Coordinator position in the Sales Department at The Lodge at Torrey Pines in December 2017. Prior to joining Evans Hotels, Jaime worked her way through school as a Guest Services Agent at Tower 23 as well as Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina. In December 2017, Jaime completed her program and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management San Diego State University.

Prior to joining Evans Hotels, John was an Executive Meeting Manager at Estancia La Jolla Resort and Spa. His professional career in servicing and sales developed through experience with Grand Pacific Palisades Resort in Carlsbad as well as Omni La Costa Resort and Spa. John graduated from San Diego State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in International Economics.

Prior to joining The Lodge at Torrey Pines and while completing her degree, Heather worked her way through school as a Front Desk Agent and Event Sales Coordinator at Avila Lighthouse Suites in San Luis Obispo, CA. In March 2017, Heather completed her program and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Parks and Tourism Administration at California Polytechnic State University.

As the Corporate Leisure Sales Manager, Matthew is The Lodge's liaison between exclusive travel/lifestyle agencies and handles corporate accounts who need under 10 rooms for transient business in San Diego. He has been with The Lodge at Torrey Pines for fifteen years and has excelled in his career by starting as a doorman and was promoted to Reception Services Manager in 2015 to oversee valet, doorman, bell staff, house driver and concierge teams. Most recently, Matthew has been working as a Sales Coordinator supporting Sales Managers in booking group business. Matthew earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Diego State University.
