Valentien's Executive Chef Kelli Crosson, and Advanced Sommelier Paul Krikorian for a special multi-course meal of seasonal bounty with some of the state’s most notable wines. Set on the terrace of A.R. Valentien, each Artisan Table Signature Wine Dinner begins with a reception, followed by a dinner featuring a custom menu that’s skillfully crafted to enhance the wine pairings. Throughout the evening, guests are guided on a sensory journey with insight from the special guest duo about Chappellet's winemaking process and what makes it so special.
