The spirit of Celebrate the Craft continues for its 18th year with an intimate four-part dinner series as Executive Chef Jeff Jackson and Chef de Cuisine Kelli Crosson join forces with an array of talented regional guest chefs.

Set on A.R. Valentien's spacious terrace for an unbeatable outdoor experience, each dinner showcases a four-course menu with curated wine pairings from featured California vintners. Keeping with the Celebrate the Craft tradition, every event highlights provisions from specialty farms, producers, and artisans such as Liberty Ducks, Brandt Beef, Coleman Farms, Windrose Farm, Terra Madre Gardens, and Bread & Cie.

A portion of the proceeds benefits Slow Food Urban San Diego, a local nonprofit organization dedicated to building a good, clean, and fair food system for all San Diegans.
