‘Playing with Fire’ Monthly Grilling Event Returns to The Grill at Torrey Pines

La Jolla, CA – The Lodge at Torrey Pines is excited to announce the return of Playing with Fire, the exciting outdoor grilling event series at The Grill at Torrey Pines by Executive Chef Kelli Crosson and Chef de Cuisine Paul Arias.

Every month, starting May 16th, Chef Crosson and Chef Arias are partnering up with local chefs for the ultimate patio party with local brews and wood-fired dishes from The Grill.

WHAT:
Things are heating up at The Grill at Torrey Pines with its monthly dinner series Playing with Fire.

Starting May 16th, The Lodge at Torrey Pines’ Executive Chef Kelli Crosson is stepping out of the kitchen and pairing up with some of San Diego’s hottest chefs for a monthly outdoor grilling session. The Chefs are serving up juicy proteins, roasted vegetables and hearty sides straight from the open flames of The Grill’s custom-built, wood-fired grill and rotisserie. Hosted on The Grill’s patio overlooking the Torrey Pines Golf Course, every event includes a featured draft brew for guests to enjoy.

  • May 16 – Chef Eric Gallerstein (Mastiff Sausage Company) & The Lost Abbey Brewing Company
  • June 13 – Chef Jojo Ruiz (Serẽa, Lionfish) & Mission Brewery
  • July 11 – Chef Greg Frey (Golden Door) & AleSmith Brewing Co.
  • August 8 – Chef Drew Deckman (Deckman’s en el Mogor) & Mike Hess Brewing
  • September 12 – Chef Ronnie Schwandt (Verbena Kitchen) & Green Flash Brewing Co.
  • October 10 – Chef Tim Kolanko (Urban Kitchen Group) & Bitter Brothers Brewing Co.

TICKETS:
Tickets are $95 per person (+ tax), inclusive of food, beer and service. Space is limited.
