Chef Brad Wise from Trust will show off his talents during a collaborative Artisan Table Guest Chef dinner with The Lodge at Torrey Pines’ venerable Executive Chef Jeff Jackson and Chef de Cuisine Kelli Crosson.
The menu will showcase all that Wise has perfected in the true tradition of A.R. Valentien, ingredients will be sourced from local farms including Stehly Farms Organics and The Santa Monica Farmers Market, and every course will be paired with California wines.

About Chef Brad Wise
Brad is an East Coast native who moved out west at 21, fresh out of culinary school. Food has been his passion since the age of 12 and he's been an Executive Chef since the age of 25 when he took over The Padre Hotel - a three level kitchen that serviced five dining outlets. It was there that Brad took home multiple awards two years in a row. Brad started out in San Diego as Executive Sous Chef at beachside JRDN in Pacific Beach's Tower 23 Hotel and as Executive Chef of Belmont Park's Cannonball and Draft.
In February 2016, along with co-owner and general manager, Steve Schwob, Brad opened Trust Restaurant named Best New Restaurant by San Diego Magazine. In June 2017, Brad and Steve opened their second concept, Hundred Proof, and in January 2019, the duo opened their third concept, Fork Oak.
