Chef Christine Rivera from Galaxy Taco will show off his talents during a collaborative Artisan Table Guest Chef dinner with The Lodge at Torrey Pines’ venerable Executive Chef Jeff Jackson and Chef de Cuisine Kelli Crosson.
Hosted on The Grill’s patio overlooking the Torrey Pines Golf Course, every event includes selections of various proteins and seasonal sides cooked over a wood-burning fire and paired with a featured local craft beer for guests to enjoy.

About Chef Christine Rivera
While in culinary school Christine gained experience by working at various kitchens throughout San Diego including Kensington Grill, Premiere Foods, and the Ocean Terrace/California Modern at George's at the Cove. She has also staged in varies national acclaimed kitchens such as Taco Maria in Orange County and Cosme in New York City. In 2016, Christine was awarded one of Eater Young Gun for her tortilla/masa program at Galaxy Taco where she sources heirloom blue corn from Mexico.
