Chef Eric Gallerstein from Mastiff Sausage Company will show off his talents during a collaborative Playing with Fire dinner with The Lodge at Torrey Pines’ venerable Executive Chef Kelli Crosson. Hosted on The Grill’s patio overlooking the Torrey Pines Golf Course, every event includes selections of various proteins and seasonal sides cooked over a wood-burning fire. Guests will also enjoy pours from this event's featured local brewery Harland Brewing Co.

A portion of the event's proceeds benefits Chef Celebration, a San Diego nonprofit that is committed to providing opportunities for young chefs to hone their skills, expand their knowledge, and develop a network of industry professionals.

About Chef Eric Gallerstein

Founded in 2011 by San Diego locals and childhood friends Eric Gallerstein and Jacob Bartlett, Mastiff Sausage Company is dedicated to using locally grown and sourced ingredients. What began as a successful food truck, Mastiff Sausage Company now boasts a menu of elevated sausages and beyond at North Park Beer Company.
