For instance, if you are hosting a reception on our Arroyo Terrace, our event team will secure an indoor meeting space, such as the elegant Maurice Braun Ballroom or one of our natural-light event rooms, to ensure a seamless transition.

Yes. Our culinary team is pleased to craft customizable food and beverage menus tailored to your guests' specific dietary restrictions, lifestyle preferences, and food allergies. We pride ourselves on offering restaurant-quality group dining, featuring exquisite farm-to-table banquet menus prepared with fresh, local San Diego farmers market provisions. Please share all dietary requirements with your dedicated Conference Services Manager well in advance so our culinary team can prepare accordingly.

All catering services are exclusively provided by our in-house culinary team. We specialize in designing exceptional executive breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus as well as comprehensive beverage menus complemented by a curated boutique California wine list to ensure a world-class dining experience for your San Diego events. Outside catering vendors are not permitted.

To ensure seamless execution, final food and beverage guarantees are required no later than five business days prior to your scheduled event date.

Yes. Each event is assigned a dedicated Conference Services Manager who serves as your primary point of contact, overseeing every detail of the planning and execution process to ensure a seamless and successful event experience.

Yes. As a premier Southern California event destination, our resort Concierge is pleased to arrange comprehensive transportation services. We can coordinate executive airport transfers, private car services, and group shuttles for off-site dining or excursions.

Through our preferred Destination Management Company (DCI), we are pleased to assist with planning excursions, team-building programs, and local experiences tailored to your group. Your Conference Services Manager can connect you directly with the DCI team.

Packages may be shipped prior to your event and shipped from the hotel following its conclusion. Your Conference Services Manager will provide a Shipping Instructions Form with detailed addressing and labeling guidelines. All shipments should be marked with your group name and addressed to the attention of your Conference Services Manager.

Your Conference Services Manager will be happy to assist with any questions regarding your final bill and can coordinate with our Accounts Payable Team as needed.

The fitness center is open 24 hours a day for registered hotel guests. Access is available with a valid guest room key.

We highly recommend booking treatments in advance for best availability.

Torrey Pines State Reserve is located approximately 0.7 miles from the resort, offering convenient walking access directly from our property to the trailhead. Boasting a scenic oceanfront location with coastal bluff views, the reserve serves as an idyllic backdrop for morning guided nature hikes and photo excursions.
