Chef Cameron Ingle from Marisi La Jolla will show off his talents during a collaborative Playing with Fire dinner with The Lodge at Torrey Pines’ venerable Executive Chef Kelli Crosson. Hosted on The Grill’s patio overlooking the Torrey Pines Golf Course, every event includes selections of various proteins and seasonal sides cooked over a wood-burning fire. Guests will also enjoy pours from this event's featured local brewery WestBrew.

$135 per person (+ tax)

A portion of the event's proceeds benefits White Buffalo Land Trust, a California nonprofit that practices, promotes, and develops systems of regenerative agriculture for local, regional, and global impact.

Chef Cameron Ingle

Born and raised just outside of Detroit, Chef Cameron has over 21 years of culinary experience, ranging from mom-and-pop Italian to two Michelin-star farm-to-table restaurants. He began his journey at a family-owned Italian restaurant where he learned to make handmade pasta at the age of 12. His career led him to work with renowned chefs in Los Angeles and later he joined forces with Dan Barber at Blue Hill at Stone Barns. It was here, that Chef Cameron fully grasped the importance of farming and a chef’s responsibility in the kitchen. In 2023, he brought his culinary talent and sustainable farming knowledge to San Diego, where he now serves as the Executive Chef at Marisi.
