Join us for a luxurious night of exceptional wine, seasonal cuisine, and engaging conversation. This Artisan Table Signature Wine Dinner features Shafer Vineyards, one of Napa Valley’s most respected producers that crafts exceptional wines from the Stags Leap District.

The evening begins in The Lodge's outdoor courtyard with a 30-minute standing reception, where guests are welcomed with tray-passed bites and an opening wine selection. Next, guests gather at communal tables on A.R. Valentien's open-air terrace to enjoy individually plated courses with a backdrop of the Torrey Pines Golf Course. Our chefs have curated a multi-course menu with seasonal ingredients, and each pairing is designed to highlight the character of the terroir-driven wines. Throughout the evening, a representative from Shafer Vineyards will guide each pour, offering insight into the craftsmanship and story behind the wines.
